What is your primary product or service?
Parker hydraulic and pneumatic parts, including custom hose and hose assemblies, custom tube assemblies, hose and tube fittings, adapters, quick couplers, valves, cylinders and other actuators, air-prep products and other pneumatics. We also offer BVA Industrial cylinders, pumps and tools, custom brake and clutch hoses and tubing and related products.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We focus on delivering great service. We get our hands dirty helping our customers solve their problems. Our customer representatives have been known to crawl under customers’ machinery to identify a hard to reach part, give classes on proper hose assembly crimping or routing, or help customers reorganize their fittings inventory. Even our owner gets involved by engineering solutions for our customers as well as for our hose assembly and tube assembly production center.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We are operating five Parker Stores: Fremont, San Leandro, West Sacramento, Fresno and Sparks/Reno, NV.

Our Fremont Parker Store is at 4570 Enterprise St. From highway 880, take Auto Mall Parkway exit and drive east to South Grimmer Blvd. Turn right on to South Grimmer, then take the third right on to Enterprise Blvd. Our Parker Store is at 4570 Enterprise on right.

I'm not big on compliments but when someone comes in to one of our stores because his or her colleague said that we do a great job, I feel grateful. I appreciate our customers who keep coming back and recommending us to their colleagues, and I always remember that they are coming back because the Hose & Fittings, Etc. crew is working so hard to create the great experience for them.
